Mungkin bisa lebih ditingkatkan kebersihan nya dan penyimpanan alat2 kebersihan nya...sangat mengganggu apalagi pas liat handuk2 dan sprei di lantai numpuk...Mungkin ada room khusus buat yg seperti itu

This hotel was really bad. Avoid this ruin hotel. Booked two rooms, but one of them super really bad. In general the room was very bad. Dirty linens, dirty sink and toilet, no safety door lock, no coffee maker, no safety box, no slippers, no towels at the time checked in (can’t get shower on first night out of 3 nights), get the towels the next day on the front desk, leaking room, moles on bathroom, part of the ceiling almost falling. Lift access open for guests and public without needing tab the room card. No security Front desk was not proactive to replace or upgrade one of my rooms.

Ke bandung kondangan,eh ternyata acaranya sampe malam.. berhubung paksu capek terpaksa hrs istirahat..coba nyari hotel yg buat tidur aja..ehh ternyata nginap dipromenade dapetnya,selain pelayanannya cepat dan ramah ,dekat dgn pusat belanja oleh-oleh jg di Cihampelas.. wow seru ternyata. Trimakasih promenade ..

Staff2nya ramah tempatnya juga strategis

Dapet kamar yg kasurnya ada kotoran, lipstik.,rambut².. Lampu nya mau copot .begitu mau masuk kartu nya ga bisa susah banget. Kamar mandi nya ada byk rambut2 abis mandi Sayang banget pdhl tengah kota. Kayanya bisa lebih banyak di maintenance.

Ich bin sprachlos. Sehen sie die Bilder. Dazu Haare überall im Zimmer. Zahnpasta Reste überall. Urin Gestank im Badezimmer. Mit Körperflüssigkeiten schmutzige Betten Kissen und Bezüge. Eine Ohrfeige für jeden Touristen der sich hier hinlegen muss. Wir haben uns beschwert und dafür gesorgt dass wir saubere Betten bekommen. Die Servicekräfte dumm wie Brot null Bock auf ihren Job aber Handy gucken non Stop. Aufzug defekt. Schmutzige Sitzkombination im Flur. Unsympathische staff. Nicht buchen wenn sie Wert auf Sauberkeit legen und nicht Saft von anderen Menschen liegen möchten. Leider haben wir in Indonesien zu 98% diese.erfahrungen gemacht. Alle haben behauptet dass die Wäscherei die Flecken nicht raus bekommt. Kommt schon. Wen wollt ihr verarschen??

It’s an acceptable option for short stays but may not meet expectations for a more luxurious experience.

Hotel kurang bersih. Seprei dan sarung bantal juga sudah lusuh sekali sehingga terlihat kotor. Air hangat kurang panas. Tapi lokasi sangat strategis

The room and location was ok but the hospitality is top notch!
